Galaxy Note 20 Ultra is a lot better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, getting a 98.9 score against 79.8. The Galaxy Note 20 Ultra design is extremely newer than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's, but it's heavier and just a bit thicker. Both of these phones use Android operating system, but the Galaxy Note 20 Ultra has a newer 13 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, providing you a couple additional features and optimized performance.

Xperia Z5 Premium features a much sharper screen than Galaxy Note 20 Ultra, because although it has a way smaller display, it also counts with much more pixels per display inch and a higher 3840 x 2160 resolution. Galaxy Note 20 Ultra costs a lot more than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, but it's still a great choice, because you can get a lot more for that extra money.
