The Samsung Galaxy Note8 has an overall score of 83, which is slightly better than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium's 79.8 general score. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 design is way newer, but a little thicker and a little bit heavier than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium. The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has a slightly better camera than Galaxy Note8, because although it has a smaller diafragm aperture which is not so good for shooting photos and/or video in low-light situations, and they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a bigger back-facing camera sensor taking better quality videos and photographs and a lot higher resolution camera in the back.
The Xperia Z5 Premium counts with just a bit better battery life than Galaxy Note8, because it has a 3430mAh battery capacity.
Despite of being the best phone in our current comparison, the Galaxy Note8 is also very cheap compared to the other phones.
