Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has a general score of 98, which is way better than Xperia Z5 Premium's overall score of 79.8. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G body is way newer than the Xperia Z5 Premium's, although it is thicker and heavier. These devices use Android OS, but Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has the newer 13 version while Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1, providing a couple additional features and performance enhancements.
The Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G counts with a bit faster processor than Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has doesn't have an extra graphics processor, and they both have the same number of cores, the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G also counts with a larger amount of RAM.
