Galaxy Z Flip 5G is much better than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, with a 92.3 score against 79.8. Both devices we compare here include Android OS, but Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a newer 11 version and Sony Xperia Z5 Premium has Android 5.1 version, providing some additional features and performance optimizations. Even though the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is just a little bit heavier than the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium, it's just a little bit thinner and noticeably newer.

The Galaxy Z Flip 5G has a much bigger storage to store more games and applications than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage. The Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit longer battery duration than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because it has 3430mAh of battery capacity against 3300mAh.
The Sony Xperia Z5 Premium features a bit better camera than Galaxy Z Flip 5G, because although it has lower video frame rates, and they both have a same size camera aperture and the same (4K) video quality, the Sony Xperia Z5 Premium also counts with a bigger sensor and a back facing camera with way more MP.
