The Xperia Z5 Premium has a general score of 79.8, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus's general score of 78.1. Both of these devices come with Android operating system, but Xperia Z5 Premium has 5.1 version and Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Xperia Z5 Premium's construction has the same thickness than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, but it's just a little heavier.
Xperia Z5 Premium features a lot better looking display than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has a little bit smaller display, it also counts with a lot higher resolution of 3840 x 2160px and a lot more pixels per inch in the screen. Sony Xperia Z5 Premium counts with a bit more powerful processing unit than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, because although it has lesser RAM, it also counts with a graphics processor and a larger number of cores.
Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a better memory to store more apps and games than Xperia Z5 Premium, because although it has no slot for an external memory card, it also counts with 128 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus has a bit longer battery performance than Xperia Z5 Premium, because it has 3800mAh of battery capacity against 3430mAh.
The Xperia Z5 Premium takes much better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi 5s Plus, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and the same video frame rate, the Xperia Z5 Premium also has a bigger aperture to capture better low light images, a much bigger sensor which offers a much better photo and video quality and a way more mega pixels camera in the back.
