The HP Veer 4G has an overall score of 40.5, which is a little bit better than Sprint Express's 38.5 score. HP Veer 4G counts with webOS 2.1 OS, while Sprint Express has Android 2.3 OS. HP Veer 4G's body is incredibly thicker but noticeably lighter than Sprint Express.
