Samsung Galaxy Xcover is just a bit better than T-Mobile Concord II, with a global score of 51.9 against 47.4. Both phones in this comparison use Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy Xcover has 2.3.6 version and T-Mobile Concord II has Android 4.3. Despite being the best phone in this review, Samsung Galaxy Xcover is a somewhat thicker and just a bit heavier phone than T-Mobile Concord II.

The T-Mobile Concord II features a little more vivid display than Galaxy Xcover, because it has a quite bigger screen, a way better 800 x 480 resolution and a higher pixel count per inch in the screen. The T-Mobile Concord II features a quite superior processing power than Samsung Galaxy Xcover, because it has 1 more CPU cores and 512 MB more RAM.

The T-Mobile Concord II features a way bigger storage capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Galaxy Xcover, and although they both have a slot for external memory cards that holds a maximum of 32 GB, the T-Mobile Concord II also has more internal storage capacity. The Samsung Galaxy Xcover features just a bit better camera than T-Mobile Concord II, although it has a back facing camera with lot less mega pixels and a way lower (VGA) video resolution.
