The ZTE Max is just a bit better than T-Mobile G2x, having a 51.9 score against 47.2. Both devices in this review work with Android OS (operating system), but the ZTE Max has a newer 4.1.2 version and T-Mobile G2x has Android 2.3.3 version, so it gives you some additional features. ZTE Max is a much heavier cellphone than T-Mobile G2x, but they have the same thickness.
The ZTE Max counts with a bit better performance than T-Mobile G2x, and although they both have the same number of cores, the ZTE Max also has a larger amount of RAM memory and a graphics co-processor. T-Mobile G2x features a little sharper screen than ZTE Max, although it has a lot worse resolution of 800 x 480px, a really smaller display and a little lower pixel density.
The T-Mobile G2x captures a little bit better photos and videos than ZTE Max, and although they both have a 8 megapixels resolution camera, the T-Mobile G2x also has a way higher video definition. The ZTE Max has a little bit more memory capacity for apps and games than T-Mobile G2x, and although they both have the same 8 GB internal memory capacity, the ZTE Max also has a slot for an external memory card that supports up to 64 GB.
The ZTE Max features a way better battery duration than T-Mobile G2x, because it has a 113% larger battery capacity.
The ZTE Max not only is the best phones in this comparison, but it's also by far the cheapest one, making this phone an obvious call.
