Galaxy Nexus is a lot better than T-Mobile Sidekick 4G, with a general score of 65.5 against 44.2. These devices work with Android OS (operating system), but Galaxy Nexus has 4.3 version while T-Mobile Sidekick 4G has Android 2.2, so it offers some nice extra features and performance enhancements.
