Comparison review
The Motorola Edge 40 is a bit better than the TCL 20 5G, getting a 77.2 score against 73.1. The Motorola Edge 40 design is much newer, somewhat lighter and somewhat thinner than the TCL 20 5G. These devices include Android OS (Operating System), but Motorola Edge 40 has 13 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10.
The TCL 20 5G has a much more powerful processor than Motorola Edge 40, although it has 2 GB lesser RAM, they both have a Octa-Core CPU. The Motorola Edge 40 counts with a bit sharper screen than TCL 20 5G, because although it has a bit smaller screen, and they both have an equal 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, the Motorola Edge 40 also counts with a just a little more pixels per inch of display and much more brightness.
The TCL 20 5G counts with a much greater storage for games and applications than Motorola Edge 40, and although they both have equal internal storage capacity, the TCL 20 5G also has a SD card slot that admits a maximum of 256 GB. The Motorola Edge 40 captures clearer photographs and videos than TCL 20 5G, and although they both have the same video definition and the same video frame rates, the Motorola Edge 40 also has a back-facing camera with more mega-pixels, a lot bigger sensor taking more light and vivid colors and a way larger diafragm aperture to take better low-light images.
The TCL 20 5G counts with a little better battery life than Motorola Edge 40, because it has a 4500mAh battery capacity.
