The Xperia 10 III has a score of 83.7, which is better than the TCL 20 5G's global score of 73.1. Both phones in this comparison work with Android operating system, but Xperia 10 III has a newer 11 version and TCL 20 5G has Android 10 version, offering a couple nice extra features. Xperia 10 III's design is somewhat lighter and just a bit thinner than the TCL 20 5G, even though they were released with only a couple months difference.

The TCL 20 5G counts with a better camera than Sony Xperia 10 III, and although they both have the same video frame rate, the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition and a same size diafragm aperture, the TCL 20 5G also has a back facing camera with way more megapixels and a way larger sensor which gives a lot better image and video quality.
Xperia 10 III's battery life is just as good as the battery duration in TCL 20 5G.
