Even though Sony Xperia XZ3 is incredibly older and somewhat thicker than the vivo iQOO 12 Pro, it's body is still a little lighter.
The Xperia XZ3 features a very superior processing unit than vivo iQOO 12 Pro, although it has a smaller amount of RAM memory, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit. Vivo iQOO 12 Pro counts with a better screen than Xperia XZ3, because although it has a little lower pixel density, it also counts with a slightly better 1440 x 3200px resolution, a really brighter display and a little bit bigger display.
The vivo iQOO 12 Pro features a way better camera than Xperia XZ3, because it has a larger aperture to take better low-light captures and videos, a way larger sensor taking way better quality photos, a way higher 7680x4320 video definition and a way higher resolution back facing camera. Vivo iQOO 12 Pro has a quite bigger storage for apps and games than Sony Xperia XZ3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 256 GB internal storage.
The vivo iQOO 12 Pro features a very superior battery performance than Xperia XZ3, because it has a 5100mAh battery size instead of 3330mAh.
