Comparison review
The Galaxy A8 Star has a score of 82.1, which is much better than vivo NEX 3's 73.9 overall score. Even though Galaxy A8 Star is older than the vivo NEX 3, it's design is somewhat thinner and somewhat lighter. These devices come with the same Android 9.0 Pie OS (Operating System). Vivo NEX 3 features a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A8 Star, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the vivo NEX 3 also has more RAM.
Galaxy A8 Star and vivo NEX 3 have similar displays, because although the Galaxy A8 Star has a bit lower 1080 x 2220 resolution and a quite smaller display, it also counts with a little better number of pixels per inch of screen. Vivo NEX 3 takes greater videos and photos than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has a smaller camera aperture, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition and the same video frame rate, the vivo NEX 3 also counts with a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and a way larger back-facing camera sensor which offers a much better image and video quality.
The vivo NEX 3 counts with a quite bigger memory capacity to install applications and games than Galaxy A8 Star, because although it has no slot for external memory cards, it also counts with more internal memory. Vivo NEX 3 features better battery performance than Galaxy A8 Star, because it has a 22% greater battery size.
