Xiaomi Poco X2 is a little bit better than vivo X70 Pro, with a 79.3 score against 78.3. These devices come with the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that. Despite being the best phone in this comparison review, the Xiaomi Poco X2 design is older, somewhat heavier and thicker than the vivo X70 Pro.
Vivo X70 Pro counts with a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Poco X2, because although it has a little bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 2376 pixels, it also counts with a just a bit more pixels per display inch. The vivo X70 Pro has a bit more powerful CPU than Xiaomi Poco X2, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the vivo X70 Pro also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
Xiaomi Poco X2's camera is very similar to the camera in vivo X70 Pro, because although the Xiaomi Poco X2 has worse video frame rates, a tinier aperture which is not favorable for low-light photos and video and a tinier camera sensor capturing worse quality photos, and they both have the same 3840x2160 video definition, it also counts with a camera with a much better resolution.
Vivo X70 Pro has a much greater storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Poco X2, because it has 192 GB more internal storage. The vivo X70 Pro and the Xiaomi Poco X2 both count with similar battery performance, although the Xiaomi Poco X2 also has a 4500mAh battery capacity instead of 4450mAh.
