The Samsung Galaxy A12 is a bit better than vivo X80, getting a overall score of 80.3 against 74.1. Both phones we are comparing here include Android OS (Operating System), but Samsung Galaxy A12 has older 10 version and vivo X80 has Android 12. Even being the best cellphone in our current comparison, it must be noted that it is also an older, a little bit thicker and just a little heavier cellphone.
Vivo X80 has a much more vibrant display than Samsung Galaxy A12, because it has a little bit larger screen, a lot higher resolution of 1080 x 2400 and a greater pixels density. The vivo X80 has a little faster processing unit than Galaxy A12, and although they both have 8 CPU cores, the vivo X80 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Galaxy A12 features a much bigger storage to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than vivo X80, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that admits up to 1 TB. The vivo X80 and the Galaxy A12 count with very similar cameras, although the Galaxy A12 has a camera in the back with a lower 48 megapixels resolution and a tinier aperture which is not favorable for taking photos and/or video in poorly lited situations.
