Both of these phones come with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't notice any differences in that aspect.
Xiaomi 11T Pro has a little better performance than Honor 50 Pro. They have the same RAM memory amount and a Octa-Core CPU. The Xiaomi 11T Pro has a little sharper screen than Honor 50 Pro, although it has a bit worse resolution of 1080 x 2400px and a just a bit inferior count of pixels per inch of screen, they both have a same size display.
The Honor 50 Pro has a very superior camera than Xiaomi 11T Pro, although it has a smaller diafragm aperture, they both have the same resolution camera in the back. Honor 50 Pro has a very superior memory to store more games and applications than Xiaomi 11T Pro, because it has more internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi 11T Pro counts with superior battery performance than Honor 50 Pro, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4000mAh.
