Xiaomi 11T Pro has a general score of 85.2, which is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 5's 79.3 general score. Even though Xiaomi 11T Pro is way newer than the Samsung Galaxy Note 5, it's thicker and heavier. These devices have Android OS, but the Xiaomi 11T Pro has 11 version and Samsung Galaxy Note 5 has Android 5.1, so it gives you some extra features.
