The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has an overall score of 90.7, which is a bit better than the Xiaomi 11T Pro's 85.2 global score. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra and Xiaomi 11T Pro were released only a couple months apart, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra construction is a bit thinner but heavier. Both of these phones have the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any differences regarding OS features.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra counts with a CPU that's very similar to Xiaomi 11T Pro's CPU, they have the same RAM memory amount and 8 cores. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra has a brighter display than Xiaomi 11T Pro, because it has way more brightness, a better resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels, a bit larger display and a better pixels density.
