The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is slightly better than the Galaxy A30, getting an 86.6 score against 79.6. Xiaomi Black Shark 3's design is newer, but noticeably heavier and way thicker than Galaxy A30. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a bit faster processing unit than Samsung Galaxy A30, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a greater amount of RAM.
