Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is much better than Galaxy J8, with a global score of 86.6 against 76.7. Although the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is newer than Galaxy J8, it's much thicker and noticeably heavier. Both of these devices work with the same Android 10 operating system, so they should offer identical operating system features.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a better display than Galaxy J8, because it has a way higher 1080 x 2400 pixels resolution, more pixels per inch of screen and a bit larger display. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a bit better processor than Galaxy J8, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a higher amount of RAM memory.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a very superior camera than Galaxy J8, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not so good for low light photos and video, it also counts with a lot bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a way higher 3840x2160 (4K) video quality and a camera with a much higher 64 MP resolution.

The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a really longer battery life than Samsung Galaxy J8, because it has a 4720mAh battery size instead of 3500mAh.
