Comparison review
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is slightly better than the Xperia 1, having a global score of 86.6 against 82.6. Even though the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is newer than the Xperia 1, it is thicker and heavier. Sony Xperia 1 counts with a sharper display than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a little smaller display, it also counts with a way higher resolution of 1644 x 3840 and a lot more pixels per display inch.
Sony Xperia 1 counts with a very superior storage to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, and although they both have equal internal storage, the Sony Xperia 1 also has a slot for an SD memory card that admits up to 512 GB. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 and the Xperia 1 feature extremely similar CPUs, and although the Xperia 1 has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processing unit.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a much better camera than Xperia 1, because although it has a tinier diafragm aperture which is not recommended for taking photographs and video in low-light situations, and they both have the same video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also counts with a back camera with a much better 64 megapixels resolution, better video frame rates and a lot larger back-facing camera sensor.
The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a way better battery lifetime than Sony Xperia 1, because it has a 42 percent more battery capacity.
