Sony Xperia 5 III has a global score of 90.5, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Black Shark 3's score of 86.6. These phones work with Android OS, but Sony Xperia 5 III has 11 version while Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has Android 10 version. The Sony Xperia 5 III design is newer, much thinner and way lighter than Xiaomi Black Shark 3.
