Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has an overall score of 86.6, which is just a bit better than Sony Xperia XZ Premium's 79.8 general score. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is a incredibly newer phone than the Sony Xperia XZ Premium, although it's heavier and much thicker. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a bit faster CPU than Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a greater amount of RAM memory.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium counts with an incredibly better looking display than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with way more pixels per inch of display and a much higher 2160 x 3840px resolution. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 shoots way better photographs and videos than Sony Xperia XZ Premium, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors, a larger aperture to capture better low light captures and videos, a back-facing camera with lot more megapixels and better 60 frames per second video frame rate.
The Sony Xperia XZ Premium features a bit more storage capacity to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has just 64 GB internal memory, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 features a much longer battery performance than Xperia XZ Premium, because it has 4720mAh of battery capacity instead of 3230mAh.
