The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is just a bit better than the LG V40 ThinQ, getting an 88.3 score against 81.2. Both of these phones come with Android operating system, but the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a more recent 11 version while LG V40 ThinQ has Android 10 version, so it counts with lots of additional features and some performance improvements. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a a lot newer phone than LG V40 ThinQ, although it's much thicker and somewhat heavier.

The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has a bit sharper display than LG V40 ThinQ, because although it has a way worse display density and a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution, it also counts with a little larger display. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with just a bit better processing power than LG V40 ThinQ, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a higher amount of RAM.

Although Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a better device, it costs a lot more money than LG V40 ThinQ, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as LG V40 ThinQ. So if you need that extra features and specs, you can buy Xiaomi Black Shark 4, but if you don't you can save some money and buy the LG V40 ThinQ, letting go a couple features and specs.
