Comparison review
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a little bit better than Samsung Galaxy A31, getting a overall score of 88.3 against 81.3. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 design is newer, but somewhat heavier and somewhat thicker than the Samsung Galaxy A31. Both devices in our current comparison work with Android OS (operating system), but Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has newer 11 version and Samsung Galaxy A31 has Android 10.
Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has just a bit better processing power than Galaxy A31, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a higher amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 4 counts with a more vivid display than Samsung Galaxy A31, because although it has a little worse pixel density, and they both have an equal resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also counts with a little larger display.
The Samsung Galaxy A31 features a greater storage to install applications and games than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that admits a maximum of 512 GB. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 takes much better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy A31, and although they both have the same sensor size and a 48 MP camera in the back, the Xiaomi Black Shark 4 also has a bigger diafragm aperture to take better captures and videos in low-light environments and a lot better 3840x2160 video quality.
Galaxy A31 features just a little better battery performance than Xiaomi Black Shark 4, because it has a 5000mAh battery capacity against 4500mAh.
