Xiaomi Black Shark 4 has an overall score of 88.3, which is better than the vivo X70 Pro's global score of 78.3. Despite being the best we compare here, Xiaomi Black Shark 4 is a noticeably thicker and heavier device than the vivo X70 Pro. Both of these phones work with the same Android 11 OS (Operating System), so both of them should provide you identical OS features.
The vivo X70 Pro features a CPU that is just as good as Xiaomi Black Shark 4's processing unit, and although the vivo X70 Pro has more RAM memory, they both have 8 cores.
