Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is a bit better than the Galaxy A42, with a 90.7 score against 87. These phones include the same Android 11 OS (operating system), so you shouldn't perceive any difference regarding that. The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra design is heavier but a little bit thinner than the Galaxy A42, and both were only released with a few months difference.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra features a much better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A42, because it has a much higher 1440 x 3200 pixels resolution, a way greater pixel density and a quite bigger screen. The Galaxy A42 features more storage capacity for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra, because although it has only 128 GB internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds a maximum of 1000 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra counts with a bit superior processor than Samsung Galaxy A42, and although they both have a Octa-Core processor, the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra also has more RAM. Galaxy A42's battery lifetime is just as good as the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra one. Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra shoots better videos and photos than Samsung Galaxy A42, because although it has a smaller aperture which is not nice for capturing images in low-light situations, it also counts with a lot better 7680x4320 video quality and a more mega pixels back-facing camera.
