Comparison review
The Galaxy A71 has a general score of 87.5, which is much better than Xiaomi Mi 4's 75.2 global score. Galaxy A71's design is noticeably newer and thinner than Xiaomi Mi 4's, although it is also somewhat heavier. These phones come with Android OS (Operating System), but the Galaxy A71 has older 11 version and Xiaomi Mi 4 has Android 4.4.3 version.
Xiaomi Mi 4 features a better looking screen than Samsung Galaxy A71, because although it has a way smaller display and a bit worse 1920 x 1080 resolution, it also counts with a just a little greater screen pixel density. Samsung Galaxy A71 counts with a much better storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi 4, because it has a SD memory slot that supports up to 512 GB and more internal storage capacity.

The Galaxy A71 costs more than the Xiaomi Mi 4, but you can get a better phone for that extra money.
