Comparison review
Samsung Galaxy M31 is much better than Xiaomi Mi 5s, with an 86.5 score against 76.4. The Samsung Galaxy M31 construction is incredibly newer than Xiaomi Mi 5s's, although it's a little bit thicker and incredibly heavier. These devices work with Android operating system, but Samsung Galaxy M31 has an older 11 version while Xiaomi Mi 5s has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
Xiaomi Mi 5s has a little more vivid screen than Galaxy M31, because although it has a bit smaller display and a quite lower 1080 x 1920 resolution, it also counts with more display brightness and a little bit greater display pixels density. The Galaxy M31 has a bigger memory to store more apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because although it has only 64 GB internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an SD memory card that admits a maximum of 512 GB.
Samsung Galaxy M31 counts with a little bit better processing power than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has a greater number of cores (although slower) and more RAM memory. Galaxy M31 has a lot better camera than Xiaomi Mi 5s, and although they both have the same 30 frames per second video frame rates and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, the Galaxy M31 also has a much larger camera sensor shooting much higher quality videos and pictures, a bigger aperture for better photography and videos in low-light environments and a much higher 64 MP resolution back facing camera.
The Galaxy M31 features a very superior battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 5s, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity against 3200mAh.
