Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 has a score of 83.8, which is better than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE's global score of 75.9. Despite being the best in this review, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 body is just a little thicker and way heavier than the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a little bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also has a larger amount of RAM.
Xiaomi Mi 8 SE features a little bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 3, because although it has a bit smaller screen and a bit lower 1080 x 2244 pixels resolution, and they both have the same brightness, the Xiaomi Mi 8 SE also counts with a just a little greater pixels density. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 takes a little bit better videos and photos than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, and although they both have the same 3840x2160 video resolution and a same size back-facing camera sensor, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 also has faster video frame rate, a camera with more mega-pixels and a bigger aperture for better low-light captures.
Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 counts with a much better storage for games and applications than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has 256 GB internal storage. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 features a bit better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi 8 SE, because it has a 3 percent bigger battery size.
