Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi 8 is a bit better than Huawei Mate 20 lite, getting a score of 83.3 against 76.2. The Xiaomi Mi 8 body has the same thickness than Huawei Mate 20 lite, but it's just a bit heavier. Both phones we compare here work with Android OS, but Xiaomi Mi 8 has 10 version and Huawei Mate 20 lite has Android 8.1 Oreo version.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a little better hardware performance than Huawei Mate 20 lite, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a higher amount of RAM.
