Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 is a bit better than Moto G7 Plus, having an 83.3 score against 76.1. The Xiaomi Mi 8 body is a little bit lighter and just a bit thinner than the Moto G7 Plus, even when both of them were released with only 8 months difference. These devices include the same Android 10 OS (Operating System), so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features a bit better performance than Moto G7 Plus, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has 2 GB more RAM. Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a bit more vivid display than Motorola Moto G7 Plus, although it has a quite lower resolution of 1080 x 2248 pixels and a little less pixels per inch of display, they both have a same size display.
