Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a general score of 83.3, which is a little bit better than the Galaxy M30's 82.4 score. These devices come with Android OS (operating system), but the Xiaomi Mi 8 has the previous 10 version while Galaxy M30 has Android 9.0 Pie. Despite of the fact Xiaomi Mi 8 is older and a bit heavier than Galaxy M30, it's body is still just a bit thinner.
Xiaomi Mi 8 features just a little better performance than Samsung Galaxy M30. Both of them have a 6 GB RAM and 8 cores. The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little bit better display than Galaxy M30, because although it has a bit worse 1080 x 2248 resolution and a little smaller display, it also counts with a little bit better display density.
The Galaxy M30 has a bit bigger storage for apps and games than Xiaomi Mi 8, because although it has less internal storage capacity, it also counts with a slot for external memory cards that allows a maximum of 512 GB. The Galaxy M30 features a much better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has 5000mAh of battery capacity instead of 3400mAh.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 captures just a bit better pictures and videos than Samsung Galaxy M30, because although it has a less megapixels resolution camera, it also counts with a bigger diafragm aperture to take better low light captures, a larger sensor and a lot higher video definition.
