The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has a score of 81.4, which is slightly better than the Samsung Galaxy A56 5G (Rumored)'s 78.7 score. These phones include Android OS (Operating System), but the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy A56 5G (Rumored) has Android 14, giving lots of additional features and better performance.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a much better performing processor than Galaxy A56 5G (Rumored), although it has less RAM, they both have a Octa-Core processor.
