Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has an overall score of 81.4, which is slightly better than Samsung Galaxy Note 3's overall score of 81.2. Both of these phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi 9 SE has newer 9.0 Pie version while Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has Android 5.0 version, so it gives a couple additional features. Xiaomi Mi 9 SE is a much newer cellphone, and it is also somewhat thinner and a bit lighter than Samsung Galaxy Note 3.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a bit better CPU than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have an additional graphics processing unit, it also counts with more cores and a higher amount of RAM memory. Galaxy Note 3 features just a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9 SE, although it has a bit lower resolution of 1920 x 1080px, a quite smaller screen and a bit lower amount of pixels per inch of display.

Xiaomi Mi 9 SE counts with a greater camera than Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same video frame rate and the same 3840x2160 (4K) video definition, the Xiaomi Mi 9 SE also has a way bigger back camera sensor which provides a lot better photo and video quality, a much more megapixels back-facing camera and a larger camera aperture to capture better captures and videos in low light situations.
