The Xiaomi Mi 9 has an overall score of 83.2, which is just a bit better than Huawei Mate 8's 77.4 general score. The Xiaomi Mi 9 is a a lot newer cellphone, and it's also a little bit lighter and a little thinner than the Huawei Mate 8. The Xiaomi Mi 9 has a bit more powerful processor than Huawei Mate 8, and although they both have 8 processing cores, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has 2 GB more RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 features a little more vivid display than Huawei Mate 8, because it has a bit higher 1080 x 2340 resolution, a bit larger screen and a bit more pixels per inch in the screen.
