Xiaomi Mi 9 is just a bit better than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, having an 83.2 score against 81.2. Even though the Xiaomi Mi 9 is a little bit heavier than the Samsung Galaxy Note 3, it's just a little thinner and extremely newer. Samsung Galaxy Note 3 has a little bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, although it has a bit lower display pixel density, a little worse resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a bit smaller screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 has just a little better hardware performance than Galaxy Note 3, because although it has doesn't have a GPU, it also counts with 3 GB more RAM memory and a greater number of faster cores. Xiaomi Mi 9 counts with a bit bigger memory to store more games and applications than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, because although it has no slot for an SD memory card, it also counts with more internal memory.
The Xiaomi Mi 9 features a way better camera than Samsung Galaxy Note 3, and although they both have the same (4K) video resolution, the Xiaomi Mi 9 also has faster video frame rate, a much better 48 mega-pixels resolution back-facing camera, a lot bigger sensor providing a lot higher image quality and a larger aperture to capture better low light photos and video.
