Xiaomi Mi 9 is a bit better than the Samsung Galaxy Note8, having an 83.2 score against 83. The Xiaomi Mi 9 construction is newer, lighter and thinner than the Samsung Galaxy Note8. The Samsung Galaxy Note8 features a bit more vivid screen than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has a bit smaller display, it also counts with a higher resolution of 1440 x 2960 and a greater screen pixels density.
Galaxy Note8 counts with a bit bigger storage capacity for applications and games than Xiaomi Mi 9, because although it has less internal storage, it also counts with a slot for an external memory card that admits up to 256 GB. The Xiaomi Mi 9 has a bit better processor than Samsung Galaxy Note8. Both of them have a Octa-Core processing unit and 6 GB of RAM memory.
The Samsung Galaxy Note8's battery lifetime is just as good as the battery lifetime in Xiaomi Mi 9.
