Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is much better than the Asus ROG Phone 8, having a score of 88.9 against 79.5. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha's body is much older, thicker and a little bit heavier than Asus ROG Phone 8. These phones work with Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has the previous 10 version and Asus ROG Phone 8 has Android 14 version.
The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a much better display than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a quite smaller display, a little less pixels per inch of display and a way worse 1080 x 2400 resolution. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much better performing CPU than Asus ROG Phone 8. Both of them have a 12 GB RAM memory and 8 cpu cores.
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games than Asus ROG Phone 8, because it has 256 GB more internal memory capacity. The Asus ROG Phone 8 features a way better battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has a 5500mAh battery size. Asus ROG Phone 8 captures better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a tinier aperture which is not good for low-light captures and videos, a way lower resolution camera in the back and a smaller camera sensor capturing less light and washed colors, it also counts with a way better video definition.
