The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a global score of 88.9, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC's global score of 81.6. Despite being the best in this review, we must highlight that it is also an older, heavier and a little thicker device. Both of these devices include the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference regarding that.
The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has a bit better looking screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because although it has a little bit smaller screen and a way worse resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, it also counts with a little higher screen pixel density. The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a much better memory for apps and games than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, because although it has no SD extension slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a little better hardware performance than Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC shoots much clearer pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures or videos in poorly lited environments, a worse 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a way smaller camera sensor capturing lot worse quality videos and images and a camera with lot less MP resolution.
Xiaomi Poco X3 NFC has improved battery performance than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has 5160mAh of battery capacity instead of 4050mAh.
