The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 is a way newer cellphone than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, although it's incredibly heavier and noticeably thicker.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 3 has a bit sharper display than Xiaomi Black Shark 3, because although it has a little lower 1080 x 1920 resolution and a bit smaller display, it also counts with a bit more pixels per inch of screen. Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with as much storage to store more apps and games as the Xiaomi Mi Note 3 one, both have equal 128 GB internal storage capacity.
Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a bit better CPU than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have 8 cores, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a larger amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 counts with a way better battery life than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, because it has a 4720mAh battery capacity. The Xiaomi Black Shark 3 has a lot better camera than Xiaomi Mi Note 3, and although they both have a same size aperture and the same 3840x2160 video definition, the Xiaomi Black Shark 3 also has a back facing camera with lot more mega-pixels and faster video frame rate.
