Samsung Galaxy M33 is a bit better than the Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G, with an 86.3 score against 80.8. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but the Samsung Galaxy M33 has 12 version while Xiaomi POCO M3 Pro 5G has Android 11 version.
