The Xiaomi Poco M3 is better than the LG Aristo 5, with a global score of 78.2 against 68.6. The Xiaomi Poco M3 is an extremely heavier and somewhat thicker phone than LG Aristo 5. Both of these devices use the same Android 10 OS (operating system), so both should count with identical OS features.
