Comparison review
Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is much better than the Xiaomi Poco M3, getting an 88.9 score against 78.2. Even though Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha is better than Xiaomi Poco M3, we must highlight that it's also older, just a bit thicker and heavier. Both devices we are comparing come with the same Android 10 operating system, so you shouldn't see any difference in that aspect.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha has a bit superior processing unit than Xiaomi Poco M3, and although they both have the same number of cores, the Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha also has more RAM. Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a bit better display than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has a just a little less pixels per inch of screen, it also counts with a larger screen and a better resolution of 2088 x 2250.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha counts with a very superior memory to install applications and games than Xiaomi Poco M3, because although it has no external memory card slot, it also counts with 512 GB internal storage capacity. The Xiaomi Poco M3 has a much longer battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, because it has a 48 percent bigger battery capacity.
Xiaomi Poco M3 captures a little bit better pictures and videos than Xiaomi Mi Mix Alpha, although it has a tinier aperture which is not favorable for shooting pictures and video in low-light situations, a lot smaller sensor taking less light and duller colors, a much lower resolution back-facing camera and a much lower (Full HD) video resolution.
