Both of these devices have Android OS, but the Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G has an older 13 version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version. The Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G is a notably heavier phone than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, but both of them are 0.35inches thick.
