Comparison review
The Xperia XZs is a little bit better than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, with a 77.2 score against 71.7. The Xperia XZs body is a bit heavier but a little bit thinner than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and both of them were released only a couple of months apart. Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with a bit better CPU than Xperia XZs, because although it has 1 GB less RAM memory, it also counts with a higher number of cores.
The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with a little bit better display than Sony Xperia XZs, because although it has a little bit smaller display, and they both have an equal 1080 x 1920 pixels resolution, the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime also counts with a quite greater screen pixel density. The Xperia XZs counts with a slightly bigger storage capacity to store more games and applications than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have exactly the same internal memory capacity, the Xperia XZs also has a slot for external memory cards that holds up to 256 GB.
Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has a much longer battery lifetime than Sony Xperia XZs, because it has 4100mAh of battery capacity against 2900mAh. Sony Xperia XZs captures a lot better videos and photos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because it has a lot better 3840x2160 (4K) video quality, a much more mega-pixels back-facing camera and a larger aperture.

If you want to save a few dollars, you can buy Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, giving up a few features and specs, but you'll get the most with your savings.
