The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is much better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, getting an 83.8 score against 71.7. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s body is newer and just a little bit thinner, but also heavier than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime features just a bit better screen than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because although it has a bit smaller display and a bit lower resolution of 1080 x 1920, it also counts with a bit better display density.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s features a much greater storage capacity to install applications and games or saving photos and videos than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has no external memory slot, it also counts with more internal storage capacity. Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s features a little better processing power than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and although they both have a Octa-Core CPU, the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s also has a larger amount of RAM.
The Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s features a superior camera than Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, because although it has a worse 12 mega pixels resolution camera in the back, it also counts with a bigger camera aperture for better low light images and a much higher 3840x2160 (4K) video resolution. The Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime counts with better battery life than Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, because it has a 4100mAh battery size.
Although Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s is a better device, it costs a lot more than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, and it doesn't have such a good relation between it's price and quality as Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime. So if you want that extra specs, you can buy the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2s, otherwise you can save some dollars and buy the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, letting go a couple features and specifications.
