Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 is a bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime, having a score of 78.3 against 71.7. These phones use Android OS (Operating System), but Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 has the older 11 version while Xiaomi Redmi 4 Prime has Android 6.0 Marshmallow version.
