Comparison review
The Xiaomi Mi 8 has a score of 83.3, which is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Redmi 9T's global score of 78.2. Both of these phones have the same Android 10 operating system. Although the Xiaomi Mi 8 is noticeably older than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, it's body is lighter and a lot thinner. Xiaomi Mi 8 has a little more vivid display than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, because although it has a quite lower 1080 x 2248 pixels resolution and a little bit smaller screen, it also counts with a just a bit higher pixel number per inch in the screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 8 counts with a bit better hardware performance than Xiaomi Redmi 9T, and although they both have a Octa-Core processing unit, the Xiaomi Mi 8 also has a greater amount of RAM. The Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a slightly better camera than Xiaomi Mi 8, and although they both have the same video quality, the same camera aperture and the same video frame rate, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a back facing camera with a lot better resolution and a way bigger back camera sensor capturing lot better quality photographs.

The Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a much longer battery lifetime than Xiaomi Mi 8, because it has a 6000mAh battery capacity.
