Comparison review
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T is a little bit better than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2, getting a 78.2 score against 76. Xiaomi Redmi 9T's body is way newer, but heavier and way thicker than the Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Both of these devices include Android operating system, but Xiaomi Redmi 9T has the previous 10 version and Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a little bit better display than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has a slightly better 1080 x 2340 resolution, a little larger screen and a just a little more pixels per inch of screen. Xiaomi Redmi 9T has a better memory capacity for applications, games, photos and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because although it has less internal memory capacity, it also counts with an external memory slot that holds up to 512 GB.
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 features a processor that's very similar to Xiaomi Redmi 9T's CPU, because although the Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has a lower number of cores (but faster), it also counts with a larger amount of RAM. Xiaomi Redmi 9T captures greater photographs and videos than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, and although they both have the same (Full HD) video resolution and the same video frame rates, the Xiaomi Redmi 9T also has a larger diafragm aperture for better images in poorly lited environments, a back camera with lot more megapixels and a way bigger back-facing camera sensor capturing more light and vivid colors.
The Xiaomi Redmi 9T features a much better battery duration than Xiaomi Mi Note 2, because it has 6000mAh of battery capacity instead of 4070mAh.
